DELIVERY & RETURNS

Please be aware that due to Coronavirus, delivery times may be longer than usual.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKE INFORMATION

It is currently very hard to guarantee any delivery times due to the ongoing postal strikes.  I have updated all my shipping to tracked services for extra assurance, as well as adding Priority tracked as an option if you want a guarantee of your parcel arriving.  Royal Mail say they are prioritising both these services so they are the most reliable options.

Please bear with us during this time and thank you so much for your patience.  We hope it is all resolved and back to normal as soon as possible!

 

 

UK Delivery

​

  • Standard tracked UK delivery is free for all orders over £50, and costs £2.50 for orders under £50.  It is sent via Royal Mail 24 tracked.

  • Priority tracked UK delivery is £6.50 for all orders and is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

  • I aim to dispatch all UK deliveries within a week of your order, to allow for making time if needed.  If I already have the item in stock, it can be much quicker than this.  If you need your order by a certain date, please do let me know and I'll do everything I can to prioritise it and get it you in time.​

  • In the very unlikely event that your order should be lost in transit, I will of course either replace your item or refund you the cost, including postage, whichever you prefer.

International Delivery

​

  • I am currently not shipping outside the UK due to Brexit.  I will keep monitoring this and hope to be able to ship internationally again soon.

Returns

​

  • I am happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Please get in touch as soon as you know you would like to return an item using my contact form .

  • If your jewellery has arrived damaged in any way I will be happy to replace or refund it, including all postage costs.  In the case that you have changed your mind, I am happy to exchange or refund the order, but the cost of returning the item would be up to you.

  • I ask that you please re-use the packaging your jewellery arrived in to return it. 

​

  • Over the Christmas period, I can be more flexible with returns, and will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges on gifts until the 14th January, as long as they are in an unworn condition.

​

  • If you are buying jewellery as a gift at another time of year, for example a birthday, and would like the returns period extended, please just let me know at the time of purchase and I will be happy to help.​
